Q: What is the production speed of your machines?

A: Production speed varies based on the machine model, material grade, and profile complexity. To provide you with an accurate estimate, we encourage you to share your project details. Our team will then recommend the optimal solution to meet your output targets.
Q: Do you offer on-site support or visits?

A: Yes. We provide on-site services including installation, operator training, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed. Our engineers can visit your facility to ensure smooth commissioning and ongoing operational efficiency.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Can one machine produce multiple profiles?

A: Yes, many of our machines are designed for multi-profile versatility. For example, our Double Layer Roll Forming Machine can produce two different roofing sheet types simultaneously, and our C-Purlin Machine can be adjusted to produce up to 12 different profile sizes.
Q: Can you design a machine compatible with our existing equipment?

A: Yes. Please provide details and technical specifications of your current setup. Our engineering team will assess compatibility with your roll forming process and propose solutions to enhance integration and maximize overall production efficiency.
Q: Can you form bent or hemmed edges on sheets?

A: Yes, edge-forming and hemming capabilities can be incorporated into the roll forming process. Kindly send us your profile drawings or samples, and we will confirm feasibility and propose suitable tooling designs.
Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: XC (XiongChang) provides a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This covers repair or replacement of any components with manufacturing defects, free of charge. Consumable parts and damages due to improper operation are not included.
Q: What if I need repair service after warranty?

A: We offer ongoing technical support. Contact us via phone or email to describe the issue. Our team will first assist remotely if possible, or dispatch a technician to your site for more complex cases, ensuring minimal downtime.
